I find this to be unacceptable! If they KNOW there is a problem, this should be very high priority. They really dropped the ball if they rolled out buggy software. I couldn't stand the old iGuide software, but atleast it worked! Now, I can't even go away for a few days without losing half of the programs I record. Good thing I have a TiVo in the bedroom and there's always the option of downloading TV shows from certain sites online.
I'm going to call on Monday, and if they don't have a solution, I'm going to be requesting some sort of credit/compensation. I'm paying for a service of a certain quality and reliability I am not getting.
The good thing is that I actually have a choice between TWC and RCN where I live, so if they won;t fix the issue, I'd be more than willing to switch.
