I am having trouble with a particularly complex line in my template, I was hoping someone might be able to help me figure out what is going wrong

The line I am using is:

<chain="<Notes\\Notes\\EPISODES\\EPISODE\\EPTITLE>"<,"<Notes \\Notes\\EPISODES\\EPISODE\\Media\\DISK>%<Notes\\Notes\\EPIS ODES\\EPISODE\\Media\\BOOKMARK>>"
>

This XML:

<Notes>
<EPISODES>
<EPISODE>
<EPTITLE>Currahee</EPTITLE>
<Media>
<DISK>D:\\DVD\\ISO\\BAND Of BROTHERS Disk 1.ISO</DISK>
<BOOKMARK>Currahee</BOOKMARK>
</Media>
</EPISODE>
<EPISODE>
<EPTITLE>Day of Days</EPTITLE>
<Media>
<DISK>D:\\DVD\\ISO\\BAND Of BROTHERS Disk 1.ISO</DISK>
<BOOKMARK>Day of Days</BOOKMARK>
</Media>
</EPISODE>
<EPISODE>
<EPTITLE>Carentan</EPTITLE>
<Media>
<DISK>D:\\DVD\\ISO\\BAND Of BROTHERS Disk 2.ISO</DISK>
<BOOKMARK>Carentan</BOOKMARK>
</Media>
</EPISODE>
<EPISODE>
<EPTITLE>Replacements</EPTITLE>
<Media>
<DISK>D:\\DVD\\ISO\\BAND Of BROTHERS Disk 2.ISO</DISK>
<BOOKMARK>Replacements</BOOKMARK>
</Media>
</EPISODE>

</EPISODES>
</Notes>

Gives me the outupt:

chain="Currahee","D:\\DVD\\ISO\\BAND Of BROTHERS Disk 1.ISO%Currahee" chain="Day of Days","D:\\DVD\\ISO\\BAND Of BROTHERS Disk 1.ISO%Day of Days" chain="Carentan","D:\\DVD\\ISO\\BAND Of BROTHERS Disk 2.ISO%Carentan" chain="Replacements","D:\\DVD\\ISO\\BAND Of BROTHERS Disk 2.ISO%Replacement

I want to get:

chain="Day of Days","D:\\DVD\\ISO\\BAND Of BROTHERS Disk 1.ISO%Day of Days"
chain="Carentan","D:\\DVD\\ISO\\BAND Of BROTHERS Disk 2.ISO%Carentan"
chain="Replacements","D:\\DVD\\ISO\\BAND Of BROTHERS Disk 2.ISO%Replacements"

This XML:

<EPISODE>
<EPTITLE>Sleepers</EPTITLE>
<Media>
<DISK>D:\\DVD\\ISO\\Sleepers Disk 1.ISO</DISK>

</Media>
<Media>
<DISK>D:\\DVD\\ISO\\Sleepers Disk 2.ISO</DISK>

<BOOKMARK>Start</BOOKMARK>
</Media>
</EPISODE>
</EPISODES>
</Notes>
