Blast.. (or these days non-blast).
Spoke to Comcast and they agreed I should be seeing much faster speeds. Two different reps agreed the modem had a good signal and will send a tech out later this week.
Here is the modem status page - any issues about signal as this is on a two way splitter from the main cable line (as installed by comcast) - one lead to cable modem other to TV 'stuff'. Looks to me like almost too much signal is coming in, but I am no expert in reading Power and SNR levels. I think the modem is just provisioned incorrectly as old Docsis 2.0 modem had this speed, the new Docsis 3.0 pre-recent speed change was this speed and now post speed increase - same speed.
