Confirmed... it says, "WGNT 27.2 Norfolk."

Caught 27.2 on my truck TV last night... saw Sanford and Son and All in the Family.

Wonder why Local TV LLC decided to switch stations at the last minute... just curious. But the important thing is that it's on now!

Coverage is really bad today on D*. Every few min the picture will go out on wtkr. They need to get this fixed.
Is it DirecTV though? I think I've seen where others have been having the same problems lately on other carriers. It's getting pretty old though...

Had the same problem using the antenna input on my Dish receiver. Never checked to see if the same problem occurred on Dish's satellite feed.

Watching WTKR tonight on Directv had a lot of pixelizing every 30 seconds to a minute. Switched over to antenna input and it was fine. Something happening with Directv.

Same here. Had to switch to OTA. Same over the last week or so.
That is why I will never remove/unhook the antenna. A great backup

off topic
Todd, I have seen you over in the Samsung thread.
I have been lurking for weeks in the VT25 and C8000 threads trying to decide which brand to buy
Are u happy with yours? Does it blink?
The WTKR problems on DirecTV were ridiculous tonight. I switches over to OTA and did see some issues there as well, but not as many. Has anyone contacted DirecTV or WTKR about this yet?

To be honest, I don't know if I'd recommend it at the moment. I also would not buy it from Best Buy. I went with the Samsung because I like Samsungs and it was cheaper and better looking that the Panasonic. But there have been a few issues with it and my new receiver that I'm still trying to work through. I'm considering returning it, but probably won't. At this point, I'd probably say wait until the new 2011 models come out...

Can u elaborate on not buying at Best Buy? I don't want to buy a TV online due to possibly having to return it.

Have you contacted either one of them or just complained here wanting someone else to do it for you?

Also why do you say not to buy from Best Buy. I've bought my last 3 sets from them and could not be more satisfied.

Just curious if anyone else had. I WILL THEN.

If you buy something from Best Buy make sure you check on their site for prices. I have been in the store by Chesapeake Square Mall quite a few times and they are charging more than online. Yesterday was a good example. I saw a couple of blu rays online for $19.99 each. I go into Best Buy and they have them marked as on sale for $29.99 and $24.95 each.
I told the lady I saw them online for $19.99 and after a little arguing they gave them to me for that. I also was buying another blu ray for the wife that I hadn't checked online for so I asked her to look it up online and it was $2 cheaper online so they took $2 off.

A few weeks ago I was in the store and decided to buy a chordless phone set that was marked on sale for $84.99. I get home and see on Best Buy's site it was $69.99 so I went back and got the difference.

At least BB price matches their website, some stores don't. I've tried getting price adjustments at Walmart and Sears without success, they both flat out said they do not price match their website.

Interestingly, no issues with WTKR tonight.

It was a WTKR issue. I "think" DirecTV gets WTKR's signal via an antenna. The DirecTV encoders just enhance the hiccups...

Good! 2.5 Men will be watchable when we get around to viewing it...

Same here... painfully watching The Early Show with no issues. Watching the AFC Championship game this weekend will be great!

No doubt watching the Early Show must be painful...

Have you heard that is on the air? I tried recently but received nothing.

For whatever reason WGBS is now running RTV on .4 as well as .1...

They should be... it is now a licensed facility...

If it is, I wonder what PSIP data will be. Have a feeling there would be a conflict on my home set if WTTD will show as 10.1 as well. Otherwise, I'm well in its claimed coverage. Hmmmmm.

I bought a set at Best Buy a year or so ago. The price at the cash register was $50.00 higher than the web site price. I asked and the cashier said that it was an online price. I told him that he was going to walk to the back of the store and re-stock the TV. Suddenly a method to match the price appeared as if by magic. You do have to go to the customer service desk and may have to wait a few min for a manager, but they WILL match the price. It's like disconnecting Cable or a DSL line to get a better rate. Works every time. And if it doesn't, you go somewhere else or buy iot on line (in the case of the TV)

If WTTD-LD is on the air, I'm definitely not receiving it here. I was able to tune to RF 10; nothing. It may be because my antenna is fixed toward Driver. Not that it's a big deal for me. It's puzzling why WAVY has all these LP's located in their primary coverage area. There has to be a logical reason; I'm not seeing it.
