I've got a 4228 on a 20' pole with a 777 preamp. I can get WDAM, the Meridian PBS, the coast PBS, and WLOX (ABC) from the coast. If WXXV ever goes full power I should be able to pick them up. Jackson is just too far away to get anything reliably even with my setup.
You sure about this? I was about to drive to Prentis to buy the RadioShack 15-1880 which replaces (and is identical to) RS #15-1862 the antenna that did so well in tests a couple years ago (see http://www.hdtvexpert.com/pages/antin.htm
I've tried the Silver Sensor from Zenith and got nothing. I have the Terk HDTVi which gets WDAM but nothing else so far. I have a cheapie rabbit ears with UHF circle that also gets WDAM but nothing else.
Should I just not bother? I live off Oak Grove Road in a three story house with a chimney--could I put something on the chimney that might work?
Failing all that, can I get exceptions for ABC, CBS, FOX, and PBS since I cannot get them on an antenna? I mean so that DirecTV can send me the Eastern Feeds?
