If researched this a bit and still have one un-answered question.

If I subscribe to HBOHD & SHOHD for $21/mo plus $5/mo access fee, do I get all HBO and SHO channels or just HD?

All the HBO and Showtime channels.

You should get all the channels & you shouldn't have to pay an access fee (unless you are talking about a second receiver fee). You will need a Dish 500 & an 18" at 61.5 for all the Sho & HBO channels.

I was told there will be a $5/mo access fee for the 61.5 bird. This must have something to do with pay-per-view? If I can skip the additional fee this deal gets even sweeter.

You answered my next question, having two dishes to get non-HD HBO and SHO.

Thanks

Anybody have positive info relating to the fee?

I believe the 5$/month access fee applies if you have no other DISH programming packages. In other words, if the only E* programming you are receiving is via a single dish aimed at the 61.5 bird.

You will be charged $5 access fee if you do not sub to one of their AT packages.

Of course you must also have a Dish500 dish (for 119 and 110) to get all the non-HD HBO and SHO shows, a few of them are on 110 satellite I think.

My next objective, find the best price for hardware.

Sears carries rebadged Echostar as JVC. Must I find JVC equipment for them to pricematch?

Any help will be appreciated...
