I'll second this!! I have a 659 and was having similar problems. One phone call to Harmony & they kept me on the phone while re-programming my remote with the correct (discrete) codes. It now works flawlessly! Outstanding support & customer service!!
Not only do they demostrate technical competence, but the tech was personable, professional, courteous & patient! Other companies should take note - this is the way to provide customer service...
