It sounds like the software did not load right. Unplug the dvr for about a minute then plug back in and wait a few minutes. You should see another menu when you press MyDVR. If you want to see scheduled recordings select that option. Manage MyDVR will help to see your history, series priority, and clean up the dvr.
I tried that, it didn't help. When I press "My DVR", it brings me to the menu that shows what is recorded on my DVR. If I press Menu twice, I get the following options: "By Time", "Premium", "By Channel", "Search", "PPV", "Digital Music", "My Favorites", "Messages", "Movies", "Weather", "Sports", "Setup", "Kids", "Exit". No where is there an option to view the schedule of recordings.
I guess I'll be calling Comcast tonight.
