Cox Solutions Stores will be offering informative workshops this Saturday, May 19th, for customers who want to learn how to take full advantage of the latest Cox product features and technology. The sessions are designed to help customers get the most from their digital experience.
Learning Lounges, located within Cox Solutions Stores, will be staffed by an Educator offering on-going customer workshops on the latest product features and services, as well as general information about using technology.
Cox believes there are many items available to their customers that they may not be fully aware of. "These classes give us a chance to take our time and give each customer a hands-on approach to their service," says Jonathan Freeland, Vice-President of Marketing & Sales. "Our customers have asked us to show them what features are included in their Cox services and how they can maximize them."
For the first 25 Hampton Roads area customers to sign up for classes, Cox is happy to provide a family four pack of Center Zone VIP tickets to the Patriotic Festival Blue Angels Oceanfront Airshow or Patriotic Festival concerts in Virginia Beach.
