I think they did some work on the street and my signal must have been affected. I just didn't know it until I tried to tune in KOVR.
I installed a Channel Master 3414 (4way ampl splitter). I have 3 Tv tuners, 1 htpc tuner, 1 STD cable box, 1 cable modem, and I am planning on adding a few more.
