I will try the silver sensor (sears) or terk 1080 (circuit city) both are $39, I like the terk1080, I think they are the same antenna, as they look just the same, they are proven indoor antenna, the terk works wonder for me, just have to get up once in a while to turn it a degree or two. Of course both are indoor works upto 35 miles from the tower. If it does not work you can return it, of course the outside antenna, bigger antenna, directional antenna, taller antenna are better. The radioshack , I did not have good experience with it, I have one in my attic bought it , never have good luck withit since my early time of HDTV.
Welcome to the wondering world of HDTV, it'll keep you busy.

I live in an apartment in Western Chesterfield past Woodlake and the only channels I can get on my Radio Shack amplified indoor antenna are 8-1, 8-2 and 12-1,12-2, 12-3. Obviously that sort of defeats the purpose of me buying any of this equipment. My question is, is it the cheap tuner that is the problem, or is it the antenna?
