The channels would be in the 700s *IF* I used a cable box. But because Time Warner has boxes on back order with no ETA on how soon I can get one, I can't use one. Therefore, I am using cable going directly into the TV in order to get HDTV programming. I get the 70-plus analog channels like normal, plus some HDTV channels.
The thing is, I can't find a complete list, and for the method I am using, the channel numbers don't match what the over-the-air channel is. For example, WBNS-HD is 10.1 over the air (or so its website says), but through my connection, it's 84.1.
I have WCMH, WSYX and WTTE's HD channel numbers written down, but I'm just trying to find a guide to determine what is what. I figured maybe someone had that on here, or a website that can give me that. If not, maybe I'll have to compile it and share it though I'd have no need for any of this if Time Warner actually had HDTV boxes in stock.
