I would like to find out more about this, and how exactly it is
implemented. Anyone who is familiar with this, or can point me to some
tech reading that discusses it , I would sure appreciate it!.
My understanding is that a box similar to a Switch hooks to both feeds
of the LNB and block-shifts one polarity to a higher frequency range,
and then the receiver has to "translate" channel numbers to the higher
frequencies ??
The reason that this is of interest to me is that I need to be able to
run multiple receivers off of only one coax into an apt. (and a
multi-switch will not work in this environment).
