My situation is that I have several Recton IR-100 transmitters that I purchased ages ago. Now I need to get a replacement and I can't find this model because of how old they are. http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/eek.gif I really don't want to spend the money to replace all 4 of them with new ones so I was wondering if anybody has had any luck in using different brands of IR remote sender/recievers?
Do they operate on a different frequency?
