Sorry 'bout the crosspost. I'm in a wee bit of a hurry. Got a job doing ADR for a tv series and I need to buy a TV for monitoring . Thanks in advance for any help.

Monivision you mean. Yeah , theres like one maybe available. Not into weird esoteric stuff. This is for a professional rec/post house . Thanx anyway.

Yes.

Does the TV have DVI input? What video card? (ATI recently released a firmware update for their cards and new drivers which work well on my Sanyo Z2 projector 1280x720p

You might want to post this on http://htmug.com/phpBB2/index.php for more suggestions if you don't yet own the RPTV to be used.
