Monday night football 10/25 blurriness?

Does anyone have a blurring of the image on MNF? This has happened before and I was told that it was a local issue. Something about a switch needs to be flip at the station. The season started out blurry then last several weeks the image has been fine, after it was pointed out on this forum, now its bad again. Anyone know whats
happening? BTW Chicago wls feed.
Thanks
mike

It looks good in Pittsburgh...in fact, anyone notice the HD super slo-mo?

Looks fantastic in West Michigan, no blurring. Must be a local issue.

Watching OTA on WSB in Atlanta and the pic looks great. A couple times this year WSB had a blurriness problem. Watch the score ticker and if that blurs then you know its not the cameraman.

DD 5.1 is very active. Bengals look fired up for Monday Night!

I am here in Los Angeles and have been noticing this for weeks. The way I can really tell is to look at the score logo. It blurs with more action. I have TWC with the Pioneer box. BTW, ESPN does not have this problem on Sunday nights.

It's looking blurry/fuzzy to me. I'm watching it OTA on WMAR. Some of the shots look great, but most of the game I'm seeing is not as good as normal.

OK, I think this is confirmed this is a network problem. This has been going on all season. ABC...what's up?

Looks very good here. The score graphic does not go out of focus. It is not a network problem! You need to complain about it to your local station.

are all you experiencing a blurry picture doing any kind of conversion to the singal (ex 720p to 1080i) or (720p to 1080i to 720p) This might be a cause to the burry picture

I would have liked to have had a blurry HD picture last night. When I turned the game on last night around 9:30 or 9:45, it was there in glorious SD.

Comcast Cable - Lancaster, PA - WHTM

It looked very good fifty miles from St. Louis on an OTA HD antenna.

That is almost certinaly due to the encoder at your local station.

They are probably multicasting or perhaps giving up bits to datacasting and this causes the HD subchannel to not get enough bits. Or, they could just have a poor encoder.

No problem here in Portland OR where they have (temporarily) turned off multicasting.

OTA via Hughes HTL-HD at 720p on a Sanyo PLV Z2 at 720p.
