Anyone who is into MMORPGs should check this out. I am not usually into those kind of games but I participated in the Stress Test recently and it was very fun. Great sound, atmosphere/graphics, gameplay...

The game was remarkably stable throughout the first Stress Test too. No lag, and there were 2000 people playing at once on the server I was on. Very very impressive.

Yeah, my experience was lag-free also :)

After playing it quite a bit for a week, I now understand why people get addicted to MMORPGs.

man this and eq 2.... i honestly think i'm going to just not buy these games as they have great potential to screw your life up.

If EQ2 and WoW screw you up, maybe this would be more of your MMORPG then ;-)

Grumble. I wish these companies would discount the base price on these games, so that if it's a game where you have to pay to play at all (i.e. no single player whatsoever), you get the base game for $10 or $20, rather than an alarming $50 + $15/month monthly fee. It seems like a double-whammy with regards to getting your money, since if you play for 3 months, you're down nearly $100.

Plus World of Warcraft doesn't seem to be discounted as steeply as other games when one buys more time at once, i.e. for 3-month and 6-month at a time subscriptions.
