I want to give SVS a huge thumbs up for outstanding service after the sale.

In late July I ordered a B-Stock PC-Ultra from SVS. I completed my theater in early September (just in time for Auburn Football in HD) and was very happy with the performance of the sub. When I got back in town after Thanksgiving I put in a new demo disk from Clarence (CRT forum) and noticed a popping / rattle sound from the subwoofer. Listening level was @ 9:00 on the dial. I emailed SVS and Tom replied. He told me to take the driver out to verify that was the problem.

To make a long story a bit shorter, Tom sent me a replacement driver free of charge and I received it three days later. Subwoofer is working perfectly again.

200% agree! They have realllllly good customer service.
