How does UltimateTV compare to ReplayTV and TiVo?

Please compare the features and functions between these three machines. (I'm talking about PVR features and UI features and function, not "Two tuners vs one", or "DirecTV recording only", etc.)

How does UTV get its tv listings. Did you plug it in, then did it talk to the satelite, and two minutes later have all the listings?

Yep... that's about it, I don't recall it making a phone call.. in fact looks like it only calls directv with ppv and webtv if you use it.

That's pretty cool. I know replay takes 20 minutes...and tivo even longer.

The Tivo combo box gets guide data from the satellite, so setup only takes 20 to 30 minutes, but it takes the guide data a while to fully populate after that.
