A question for BAAS: What is your Tonnage? - Page 2

Well, you don't need to pat me on the back. I frankly have no idea where I would fit a pair of Wilsons in a house llike mine. Heaven help me if we move to Austin and I build a dedicated media room. :)

Both Sixteen Tons and Rock Around the Clock spent eight weeks at number 1 on the pop charts in 1955.

I remember 1955 vividly. That is the year Dr. Emmit Brown invented the Flux Capacitor...

1955 was the first year I took a breath of air, now I'm beginning to wonder how soon it will be before I take my last..:p

Sorry for not leaving notes directing you to the location of the media built-ins. At least now I know I need to recheck the locks on my doors.

BTW, out of curiosity, what is the ideal hardware to media weight ratio? Or is the critical measurement height?

PS

Apologies to those who have this gentleman on their ignore list.

We all have him on our ignore list. It is easy to do. I highly recommend you do so too

For the same price as a home here you could probably build a 5,000 square foot house on 10 acres of land and have any Wilson speakers you want and have money left over for a SL500 in Austin.

Yes, I'm having the BAAS meeting and have no idea where I will be putting all those people in a 16X23 room!

I won't stay too long, I would appreciate 10 minutes in the golden seat to listen to a couple of my fav CD's on the MAXX2's.

I wasn't complaining by any stretch of the imagination. Just sort of wondering out loud. You can stay as long as you like - The Maxx2's will suck you in! If that doesn't work the people, food and wine will!:)
