I've spent the last 8 hours setting up and calibrating my new surround sound system, so forgive me if there is an easy asnwer to this that I'm missing.
I had been running my xbox signal through a switcher in order to get enough component inputs to use the HD pack. With my new receiver, I now have enough inputs, so I am running the xbox through the hd pack and into my receiver. The receiver is essentially serving the function of the switch, and runs the xbox signal into the tv via component as well.
For some reason, the colors are now all distorted. At first I thought that maybe my TV settings got jazzed up, but I ran Avia and it's still screwy. There color is very odd. As a reference, in College Hoops where the controller buttons are represented on screen, the A button appears blue instead of green. And on the CH menu screens, the background is sort of a washed-out green instead of the rich blue it had been.
I'm freaking brain dead, so I might be missing something obvious. I did 2x check all the connections to make sure that they were both accurate and firm. Any ideas?
