I see that RKR Video is now advertising several HD variants of their Home Theater PCs: the Cassini HD , Titan HD , and Callisto HD . These all have the accessDTV card and "HDTV Timeshifting" among many other features.

I have a (non-HD) Cassini that I use for scalable progressive-scan DVD playback, which it does very well.

I didn't see pricing information on the Web site. These are all very well-provisioned HTPCs so I imagine they're not cheap. But one of these might be worth considering as an almost-turnkey OTA HD recording solution for someone who doesn't want the trouble of building a Home Theater PC from scratch.
