I can't get full screen from my PC on my Sammy 5063  

I have been struggling trying to get the setting correct from my PC to my TV. I feel that I have tried every possible combination, but I'm sure I'm missing something. The only 2 things I've been able to do are a shrunken screen that I lose a 2 inch border around the outside. This is in "wide PC" mode. Or I can do the wide screen TV, in which case the screen goes off the edges of the monitor.

So it is not actually meant to be an exact fit? I thought the idea was to use the full screen to get a 1-1 pixel mapping. (not entirely sure what that means).

So then that leads to the question, of how do I do the custom resolution. Im using an ATI 9800 Pro, and i had planned on upgradding to the latest catalyst version tonight.
