I recently started having a problem with my Qualia again (blue haze). I called support and was offered a KDL60EX720. I let them know that that was unacceptable and that I was willing to accept a XBR60LX900 or a XBR55HX929. They said that they had no XBR60LX900's and they would give me the XBR55HX929 for $300+tax after a lot of bumping up the chain. I let them know that I would prefer to go to small claims court... I was told they would get back to me in 48 hrs. I then did some research on previous small claims cases in California and came across the Facebook site that is monitored by Sony and wrote on their wall about my problem. I was quickly contacted by several Sony staff and the next day I received an offer of a free XBR55HX929 for my problem. While initially I was bitter about the Qualia optical block problem, Sony's handling of the issue and vowed to never buy Sony products again... I am happy with Sony's resolution and appreciate the efforts of the "Sony Listens" team.
