What TV should I buy with $2000. It will be for a bedroom. I was looking at the SONY 32XBR450. Any suggestions?

Why spend $2000 on a non HDTV TV???
Buy a inexpensive 32" Toshiba with progressive inputs for $300-500. Spending that kind of money should only be for HDTV which XBR's ain't!
Put it this way, Would you spend $2000 today for a Pentium 200 MMX PC?
