I did leave another thread about it about 4 days ago, but it died out. I called them last week, and they told me to wait, because I would get a shipping call. I called on Saturday and was promised that I would get a call back Monday morning. Monday morning came and went...no call. I finally called at about 4pm, they said they would check with their customer service dept. and call me right at 8:30am today. They called around 9:30 and said that their customer service is talking to the shipping company right at that moment and I would get a call back right a way...It is now 5 hours later...no call
I'm very tempted to call and demand my money back, and go somewhere who would actually deliver.
