We decided we are going to get an AE700 FP, now we need to find the audio part of this Home Theater. we went to an Audio/ Video HT store today and his prices were terrifying!!
Our splurge is on the FP right now so we are hoping to only spend about $500-$600 on the other components for now.
What we need is
For the HT
a receiver, sub woofer, surround sound speakers
We will need to have a dvd player, xbox and the FP all connect into this receiver (I think I am getting this all right). I am new to all of this but thanks to so many of you I have learned a ton this week.
The other system we need is for the rest of our basement remodel and that is simply a receiver, CD player and 4 speakers we can have the builder put in the ceiling or walls. This will just be for background sound by the Bar and pool table.
Will the Onkyo 770 have enough outputs for the HT for DVD, X-box and FP?
If anyone has any other suggestions I would love to hear them.
My husband wants to have 2 separate systems so you don't have to interrupt a movie if you want to listen to music in the other part of the basement.
We've been to CC and Best buy and not a whole lot of help there.
Thanks in advance for information you may be able to give us!
