I got the e-mail reply (see below) from the supervisor of the person at Sony-Social Media Center with whom I'm been contacting for 3 months trying to get the DHG TVGOS problem fixed. It looks as if Sony plans on "sticking it to us". I encourage everyone to contact Sony (see the e-mail link and 2 phone numbers) to let them know your thoughts, how you will NEVER buy Sony products again, unless they fix this, and whatever else you feel they need to know. If Sony REALLY wanted to fix this, all they would have to do would be: 1) get us a download of TVGOS, version 10.1 and enable the USB port on the DHG for us to use a USB-to-Ethernet connector (Cisco sells these for under $30).
