Definitely the black one. Black IS the new silver this year...
Damn! And here I was convinced that silver was the new black!

Maybe this is a regional thing...

No, silver is the new pink.

Pink is the new black.

This is so simple, I just don't uderstand why you newbies don't get it.

By the way, my new in-celing speakers came in. They have the dual 12" woofers. They weigh 145 pounds each. The sheetrock will hold that, won't it? I double sheetrocked, so I figure it should be good for 200 lbs, which is a good thing, since my CRT weighs 170lbs and I had to use 4 of those gypsum anchor bolts.

Just got my new 80" Plasma. Man this thing rocks.

Hopefully you used the new Granite Sheetrock, it can hold up under anything other than vibrations. I understand it comes in the new black, too.
Will he have to put one of the woofers out of phase to steady the vibrations?
As I understand it, the best way is to put both speakers out of phase. Hopefully he remembered to space the drywall at least one wavelength of the lowest frequency he expects.

And I thought the crack in my drywall was from a bad tape joint, Boy do I feel stupid.

Do they need to be HDCP compliant.

I have a CRT, and as we all know CRTs are much better then Digital at any price. So if it needs HDCP I am pissed!

Scott, the purple text does not show well with a black background but I was able to use my super computer skills and highlight the words.

If you edit the options to change the forum skin to AVS-White, everything becomes magically easier to read.

Plus then you'll know EXACTLY what to do.
I do not use the default background, drives me nuts, but good to know for posting. Maybe this product we are discussing will fix that issue? Hmmm
post #104 of 109
But I like the new purple , Blue and dark purple colors. White sounds boring. Maybe like a tropical background sounds cool and relaxing to me.
Just adjust your monitor so you get a purple cast, then use the White skin. Not boring (blinding, maybe), and still legible.
Wow, white is really nice and easy to read. It's like a whole new website.
Thanks for that tip.

I know that's what I like about this thread, so much useful information.
