Well, my RMA was a nightmare. They had the TV for over 2 months. They actually lost it and were blowing smoke up my a$$ the whole time. Here is an email I sent about the whole situation:
Ugh! I don't know how the tech can't replicate the problem. If the monitor is running for ample amount of time, the issue is _*unbearable*_. The screen becomes covered with pixels changing colors. I almost don't want the TV back unless something is found. It was tested on 3 different computers and 3 different video cards (Nvidia Geforce 7800 GS, Nvidia Geforce 8800 GTS & an ATI X1600). All tests experienced the same issue, thus telling me the TV is at fault.
If the TV comes back and I have the same problem, I just wasted $100 dollars on shipping, out of my TV / Monitor for over 2 months and on top of that, my warranty expired. I just want to make sure you guys are *completely positive* there are no issues. You guys haven't instilled me with much trust, because you guys have been blowing smoke in me since you received the set. I was told the set was in test on multiple occasions, then a part was replaced and back in test, then a part is on back order and will be fixed ASAP, then only to find out my TV was never tested, no parts have been replaced and it was lost while the Cust. Service Rep. insists he sent me an email on the 12th of April which I never received. Now, there is no problem and my main-board was reworked (what ever that means). nobody has experienced the same problem as me while many users having the same exact firmware revision as me. If you guys are completely sure there is no issue and I hope you are, then all I can say is send it back.
