Is PBS present among the OTA stations you receive on your antenna ? If not, you will likely not get TV Guide info since PBS is the most common distributor of this data. Also do not unplug the TV, just turn it off and leave the OTA antenna connected.















. Two days ago I turned on the TV when I got home, didn't have any favorites, so I reset them. Yesterday when I got home they were gone again.
