Default Service Menu Settings for JVC AV-48WP74 TV Needed  

I need help! I messed around in the JVC AV-48WP74 service menu and didn't write down all the default settings. Can someone send me the default settings, or does someone know how to reset the TV back to default? In particular I'm interested in the default settings for the convergence screen (option #6) and the the display settings (option #1, the "D" settings).
