Boy I love my UTV but just recently I noticed the progress bar doesnt display or the display at the top corner when I FW or RW but it still goes FW and RW. Can anybody know what could be causing this?

Is your HD upgraded?

MIne sometimes does that since I upgaded to a 160 GB .

It seems to happen when
the drive is filled up.

But always comes back.

Unplug the UTV for 30 seconds and it will go back to normal.

Experienced the same awhile back. The hard reboot (unplugged for a bit) did the job. Think it has only happened a couple times over the past 3 or 4 years or so...

Yep that did the job. matter of fact after I post my first post I went ahead and unplugged it for 5 minutes. so thanks for the reply anyways.
