It looks like Panasonic changed the access to their service menu again . I bought the TH-42PD50U EDTV 3 weeks ago and it was completely off-center right off the bat. Called Panny, they promised to send someone out "within 2 days." No one's arrived. :mad:
All I need to do is adjust the V POS. Could someone here be an angel and PM (or go ahead and send it in email) me the method used to get into the TH-42PD50U service menu? Pretty please? Otherwise, I'll have to take this TV back before the 30 days is up and I can no longer return it. It'd be a shame to return a television over it being a couple inches (yes inches) off center. Plus, whenever I have one of my guy friends help me move a TV, they seem to think it's a first date. Save me! ;)
