Needed sharp pg-d120u help...  

I was recently at a local surplus auction and I got a sharp pg-d120u... It was raining outside and it got wet. I got it home and it worked fine for a while and everything seemed to be fine... I moved it later and when it powers on the where the input source indicator there is scrambled video and then after that where the on screen display would be there is a scrambled video portion the rest of the picture is perfect though.. (behind the scrambled the video seems to be fine as well) The bulb only has 115 hours on it.. - I noticed in the user manual there is a way to go in command line and turn off the video input display and I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a way to turn off the menus via the command line interface... or if anyone has the service manual for this...
