If you have an enclosed rack, you'll need to deal with the heat output. My idiot brother just had to relocate his because he had it stacked with his AVR without sufficient ventilation and it was locking up on him.

I had mine on the shelf above my Onyko AVR. It was getting roasted. it got to the point that everyday, arounf 4 in the afternoon, it would give me an error message saying operating temp had exceeded 145 degrees. After a week of that, i quickly relocated it to the other side of my cabinet.
no problems now.
*edit* theres no way i would have my 360 directly on top of my 722. both of those get extremly warm. with the known heat issues of the 360, its only a matter of time before it red rings. I have my dvr in an open shelf, under my xbox, with about 6-7 inches of clearance between the 2, and it still has hot air around it.
