Skyrim is the only game I've played since it came out. I was hoping to play through Mass Effect 1 and 2 before the last one comes out next year but unfortunately, I don't think that's going to happen.

I second that!! I have to go back and play it my second play through if I could ever pull myself away from battlefield long enough.

I got the Sega Wonder Boy collection on the XB Live Arcade.
It's good. Monster Land is pretty hard though.

I love this game too! I just wish there were more normal racers playing online. The only people left are experts.

Haha I know!
Those experts are too good..they always seem to be drifting constantly charging the nitro meter, even on the straight parts of the the course.
I'll never be that good.

Just finished Arkham City - absolutely fantastic! Now about 1/3 of the way through Max Payne 3 - far exceeded my expectations as well smile.gif Played a few hours of Rage and was disappointed. While the game looks amazing, the story is so bland that it's not keeping my attention and the lack of abundant ammo does not help!

Witcher 2 on my eek.gif PC. This game rules.

I started playing Spec Ops: The Line today and am enjoying it quite a bit. While the action is pretty much your standard cover and shoot third person shooter the story, which could be loosely described as Apocalypse Now in Dubai, really hooks you in and forces you to make some pretty morally ambiguous decisions. I'm always on the lookout for a good single player game with an interesting story and this is filling the bill so far.

Just started Castlevania: Lords of Shadow last night. So far, so good. Graphics are very nice, action is good...but level layouts leave a little to be desired (too easy to get lost and wander).

This is a fantastic game.

Take back what I said about Max Payne 3. Im now on the second to last chapter. While the game looks amazing, its not as fun fighting a dozen well armed soldiers all wearing body armor and helmets while you use a handgun. Last time I checked 8 shots to the face of an enemy would normally do it. And oh yeah - note to developers: when people press a button on this thing called a "controller", they actually have the gall to expect their character to react smile.gif Selling this garbage this week!

Now I'm playing Dragon's Dogma (xbox360) and furmins, the best puzzle game for iphone: http://www.housemarqueblog.com/games/furmins/

I'm puttering through Castlevania: Lords of Shadow. Graphics are outstanding, gameplay is...pretty good. But the fixed camera can be very annoying and some of the boss fights are super irritating. Not HARD, but time-wasting. I shouldn't get bored having to play and replay the same fight, but when some bosses become rote QTEs...well, I wish they'd done some other stuff. They are pretty epic, though. It's good points outweigh the bad, but it's just a placeholder until Darksiders II arrives next week. Sorry, Lords of Shadow...you knew what this was.

Also, Tony Hawk HD. THIS is how you update a classic. Minor nitpick: wish they'd done a few tweaks to the engine/gameplay...but the Unreal Engine does a great job here and the game is super-fun. While I miss a few of the old song selections, most of the new ones fill the gap nicely. Has that 'just one more run' addictive quality that makes it easily worth the $15.
