If you count the prequel (on season four DVD set) you can add one more. He took out a guy in a 7-series BMW in that story.

I bet Mrs. Logan had a thing with Palmer a few years ago. This whole plot is President Logan's way of covering it up to avoid any potential scandal that could impede his re-election.

I highly doubt this. Palmer was a man of character and integrity and I doubt he would have an affair with the President's wife.
