Sorry to keep dragging this out. I just want to make sure that I have everything in order before I invest the time in ripping all of my movies to harddrive storage.
With this particular movie (Zathura), it does have 22 Vobs on the main movie. In an earlier post, when I said there were far fewer Vobs than chops, I meant Vob files (I have it cut to four (4) .vob files.)
It turns out that the chops ARE on the VobId breaks (22 of them). I tried making an .iso file, and have the same result (as the VobId breaks still exist I believe).
Again, the MSMC on my PC has no problem with these breaks. This is why I'm thinking it is an issue with the player in XBMC. If anyone has any insight on this, I'd really appreciate it.
I think this XBMC is really nice. It has a great UI & would be really great (save for the HD shortcomings) as an interface for my media on my entertainment center. HOWEVER, if I'm going to be stuck with a chop whenever there is a VobId change, it is going to be very annoying.
