Perhaps we should make a few stickies relating to DIY subwoofers.

One would explain that members who ask about a design should post their budget, size limitations, intended use, wants/expectations, and desire for a fanless amp or not.

The other would be similar to ---k---'s subwoofer showcase that he made at htguide.com: http://www.htguide.com/forum/showthread.php4?t=18218
I'm sure he wouldn't mind starting up another one :)

Good call Steve.

We should also have a FAQ/Reference section stickied with some good reference links and the like. It might also be a good idea to move all of the DIY related threads here.

My mistake, didn't catch it. Either way, we need one, because I can see someone having to ask "what is your budget" and "any size constraints" a whole hell of a lot of times in the future :D
