Good. I'm glad you're getting this level of attention. Basically, you're a customer unhappy with the level of service you're getting (as are the rest of us), and looking for answers. It's doubtful, but maybe that level of visibility will force some action to be made. I'd call him and share your thoughts. Even though he's in Security and not Customer Service or Programming, it can't hurt.
