There are over 6,600 posts in this thread. Many have settings. In fact, my settings are posted a grand total of ONE page back.
Do a search on "+picture +settings" or "+picture +brightness" or something like that. You will get many, many sets of settings for your set. (PS - make sure to use the "plus" sign before each word, that makes the search for ALL words, otherwise you get a gazillion hits).
There are no ideal settings, you have to tailor to your display and lighting. The general consensus is:
Picture = somewhere in the teens
Brightness = +5 to +9 or so
Color = a few ticks negative or else people look sunburned
Tint = a few ticks negative
Sharpness = your preference, though most have it negative to defeat edge enhancement
Color Temp = your preference, though most go with warm or normal
Black Level = LIGHT on HD sources, DARK on SD sources (your TV remembers this by input)
then, turn everything else (i.e. noise reduction, color management, etc.) to OFF. they all just add more problems than they fix.
