You know, decent Copiers, great Cameras, and vaporware display technology.
Word inside CANON is that SED is not going to see the light of day as a consumer
product. Whether or not this is true or not remains to be seen. However it IS
the office scuttlebutt inside the company developing the technology. The reason
given is that with display tech producing ever cheaper "HD" displays, they don't
think they will be able to produce a set that will sell in any volume. Those "beancounter"
sort of calculations become "life" or "death" for a COMMERCIAL PRODUCT.
