Need inexpensive universal remote!

I am looking for a very inexpensive learning remote that will do macros for a second and third zone application. I have found Xantech remotes for $60 but I am wondering if there is anything out there for less that is straight forward and easy to use??

I have an RC5000II for my main theater room.

I use a Harman Kardon TC1000 for my main HT. I use the rat shack 15-1994 for my bedroom setup. It works fine for that.
