You should like them. I set up some RB-35s and RC35 at my father's house.

It's a big upgrade, so it should be a blast.

Is this a good setup?

Yamaha RX-A3000
RF 82 II for fronts
RF 62 II for Center
RS 52 II for rears
SW 310 for sub
Essentially the RF 82 II kit from Klipsch's website with an RX-A3000
Will be paired with a UN55d7000 LED TV

Room size is 24 X 12 X 8,
I am trying to buy for future as we will likely move into a larger house in 5 years.

Thoughts please?

everything except the sub. Klipsch subs always left alot to be desired. Also there are so many other ID sub companies that offer way more bang for the buck. Not sure how much you paid for that sub.

Sub was free with the speakers with the promotion they are running now, I priced the set out independently and the sub cost me only 180, which I didnt think was bad.

well then, I think it work. lol
I agree good sub for price but think I would sell it and put the money towards a better sub.I'm using a Outlaw LFM-1 EX with the same setup except I had to use the RC-52II for center.

Love my HSU.

Can't seem to find documentation on this, so what do you guys feel a respectable break in time for the RB-81 and RC-62 is? Thanks.

I found my HSU sub addition required me to upgrade speakers
post #17271 of 22378
I just upgraded my subs. Waiting on them to ship. I keep telling myself I "needed" them.

Haha. I went from a cheapo Polk, to a midrange sub. Buying from a company like Hsu, I got a great sub, for the same price you pay for the big box subs. I plan on a second down the road, but I may not need it after adding these RB-81s.

I dont buy from big box stores. HSU is a nice sub.
I only buy subs from ID sub companies.

After owning a few, I think buying a sub from an ID is the best idea.

Im kinda keeping it a secret for now.
I was thinking of going with two Seaton SubMersives but way too expensive.
I was almost dead set on two JTR Captivators but didnt have the room for a pro amp. The JTR Cap 1000s are a great bang for the buck also.
I couldnt really pass up the deal I got on two new 18s with 1000+ watt plate amps.

Internet Direct. HSU, SVS, JTR, etc. All companies that sell directly through the internet instead of via standard brick and mortar stores.
