Agreed! Count me as a convert. I picked up this combo from the Future shop BOGO on cyber Monday, fully expecting to return them inside the 30 day window as I thought they would be fun to play some loud movies with. But the RF-82's have totally exceeded my expectations and are staying:) They are very detailed and lively with a terrific low end, powering with an Emotiva XPA-5, Emotiva DMR-1 as pre/pro and a Denon BDP-3800 as a source my cd's have never sounded better.
They are replacing my Monitor Audio RX-2 bookshelf speakers, after almost a month with the RF-82's playing with positioning and other adjustments they have bettered the MA's in every regard. As for harshness and listener fatigue I noticed this more with the MA silver series than the Klipsch.
The RC-62 does a decent job (for the low price are great) although not overly impressive, I am wondering how much better the the RC-64 would be.
