You had to dig back to November 4, 2012, and page 685 for that partial quote taken out of context. You must must be hungry to gig me.
I could not figure out why you were gnawing at my posts like an old goat on a trash pile. Now we know . . .
Speaker envy. Now that is silly . . .
We are all Klipschers on here and you will never find a post from me disparaging the size of anyone's Klipsch speaker. Like most, I started off smaller . . . Just a pair of Pioneer three-ways in the 70's when I was young. Did life, put the kids through college, bought a RF82 7.1 system. Bought my first vintage KG2s for $50, fell in love, and then moved up to vintage Heritage speakers. Now living a hobby in vintage Klipsch world.
Your speaker envy is just sad. I come on here to help a little bit, because in my learning journey I have been helped by (and continue to be helped) by the uncountable many who know much more than me.
And I like to read on the forum and celebrate any and every forum member's Klipsch speaker procurement, sales, or end setup, irrespective of size or line or age.
Now, please give your speaker envy a rest. I owe no proof to anyone, but especially not to you, of my bona fides. Let's just get back to speaker talk . . . Asking questions, sharing advice, and celebrating Klipsch speakers of all sizes, ilks, ages, and lines, and celebrating a shared interest in Klipsch speakers.
