I'm surprised to read you hear such a difference. Can you hear it at your listening position? I wouldn't have expected any difference at the LP unless you had power issues before hand. With no conditioning, my noise floor is not perfectly black with my pre-amp turned up to reference (using an ATI AT2007 amp), but I have to put my ear next to the tweeter to hear it so I'm pretty happy. I'm all about getting more performance out of my system though, but I can't help being skeptical about whether I'd see an improvement with a power conditioner and hate to waste money when I could spend it on more Klipsch speakers such as a set of K-402 horns for my La Scala II's.
