Hello..

I'm ordering an AE900U tonight but have a question when it comes to ceiling mounting.

I have a 106" diag 16:9 screen that begins at 17.5" below the ceiling. After looking at the docs online it seems that this would be out of the range of the verticle lens shift it it was mounted directly to the ceiling. (even with the few inches of drop that most "flush" kits offer).

What I was wondering is can I use a combination of lens shift with physical pitch adjustment on the mount (and keystone correction) to achieve this? Or would this just open up a can of worms and geometric distortions?

Given that I'll be projecting from some 17 feet back, I would think the angle wouldn't be bery extreme and keystone correction would be pretty minor.

I was looking at this mount, with the hopes that this combination would allow me to have the screen start at 17.5" inches without physically lowering the projector a full foot.

Thanks for any advice!
