Besides Parts Express, what other place can I get a quality vented box for a SVS db12.2 Plus sub? The bigger the better. (4cu ft or more)
Or if someone would build me one for a reasonable price. Sonotube? I'm in the Pocono PA area.

Thanks

I too am in the same boat....I don't have any info for you but i would also like to receice the same info i live in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area. I am looking to find or have built a 2.5 cft. sealed box for the Quatro 15" sub from P.E. . I was going to buy their 3.0cft. enclosure but they do not cut any holes for you. i still may go this route and give my jasper jig a go but i hate to spend that much money and screw up a quality finish. Thanks

If you have a jig saw, you can make pretty good cuts with that and a compass. That's what I did with my sub, and the hole turned out pretty nice.

Wow! Very nice links Bob! Exactly what I'm looking for.

Anymore? Keep them coming!

Thanks

Try Rawacoustics , pick the subwoofer link on the left. He makes cabs for the GR Research subs, but he will make anything you want. I made my own cabinet for a dual sub/pr from GR, and I love it.

your local cabinet shop should be able to whip one out given you have the plans for it

Get a Jasper circle jig and a plunge router. I am purchasing one next weekend to do my four sub cabinets. The jig is around $25 and the plunge router I will borrow from a friend of mine.

Cedar Rapids is a nice place. You got a nice jail there on the island. The food is good there. Although I don't suggest you try it. lol!!!

Hmm, so the guys going with Sonos (especially prebuilt as I don't have skills to do myself), for the Db 12 drivers, what size/plans are you going with?
I ave a 16-46+ and a new 12.3 driver on the way (leaving me with my old 12.1)and would love to be able to buy a prebuilt sono enclosure(complete setup -minus driver) somewhere (if reasonable).
Would need 16hz tune to match my current 16-46 of course.

Not sure. I will probably have to figure that out when mine gets here.
